Chalet Ruka Peak has many different rooms for meetings, conferences, training courses, or other events. The meeting rooms are available with modern audio-visual conference equipment and internet access.

Restaurant Dining Hall

Our restaurant dining hall seats groups up to 40 people, and for workshops there are several rooms of different sizes and moods.

Wine Cellar and Kiuta Sauna Lounge

The two most extraordinary rooms are the Wine Cellar (for 12 people) located next to the dining hall, and the alder-scented Kiuta Sauna Lounge (for 16 people), complete with a wood-burning fireplace.

Susi Lounge

On the middle floor is the one of the entertainment centres of Ruka Peak, the Susi Lounge with a DVD home theater system. There you can watch films, play many games, and enjoy the company of your friends in front of a glowing fire. Room for 16 people.

Top Terrace

On the upper floor is our multipurpose area, the "skyscraping" Masto Lounge and Top Terrace.

The Masto Lounge windows open a magnificent view over the fell and the surrounding wilderness. In addition to meetings, this lounge is a superb venue for a dinner or a cocktail party.

Workshops or meetings are a piece of cake by the "outdoor" fireplace of the Top Terrace, over a dinner of game skewers, for instance. The Top Terrace area is fully heated although the double glass doors can be opened in order for you to enjoy the warming sunlight of a spring or summer day.
